Split noise tape between JAW SURGERY (from the Philippines) & MORBID 🖤 (from Bali, Indonesia)
As a token of their friendship, they want to manifest a cassette pressing of their work together. Virkelighedsfjern took on the project and here it is, six tracks of harsh noise from two exiting artists.

🩸 JAW SURGERY (side A)

1. Amulet of the Hydra Head (05:38)
A malfunctioning talisman regurgitating serpentine feedback through a maze of decaying loop cycles. Each head of the hydra bleeds white noise, severed in rhythm, yet eternally twitching. Ritual becomes glitch — myth collapses into circuitry failure.
2. Blood River of Tartarus (08:32)
An inverted baptism in molten static. Phlegethon overflows, not with flame, but with broken reverb and blistered modulation. Voice fragments dissolve mid-incantation. Tartarus is not a place — it’s a frequency range where suffering stutters eternally.
3. Nekromanteion of the Devourer (07:33)
A séance held inside a collapsed cassette mechanism. The devourer speaks in reversed tape logic — guttural, intermittent, and decomposing. You don't summon it — it bleeds into your signal chain and eats the silence from within.

4. Altar for the Bloody Beast of Guillotine (04:36)
The sacred altar is a junk heap of bone-split samples and dead air rituals. The beast, already beheaded, still convulses through granular distortion. Guillotine echoes turn into a rhythm of state-sanctioned absurdity.
5. Disorder of Death Nation (07:34)
National anthem for a corpse republic. Sirens glitch, radio interference weeps, and all slogans are unintelligible screams. Marching orders spoken by broken machines — every stomp a system crash. No unity. Only rot.
6. The Reaper Behind the Silence (06:10)
Silence does not exist here — only the anticipation of collapse. The Reaper’s scythe hums through magnetic hiss and flickering ambience, pacing behind layers of muffled tape debris. Death as anti-structure. Ending as continuation.
